Hi, I'm Megan, a Registered Nutritionist and qualified personal trainer. I live in Paraparaumu with my husband and 2 young children.
A healthy life is about finding balance and a way of eating that suits your lifestyle. I work alongside you to change your behaviours and guide you through different techniques that will help you make sustainable life long improvements. We take into account the ins and outs of your life and support you with your physical health as well as your emotional and mental wellbeing. It is one complete package.
My passion for guiding you through nutrition comes from having lifestyle diseases in my immediate family and I certainly cannot eat anything and everything, and can struggle with emotional hunger. This is an area that is close to my heart and I understand the impacts that food intake and nutrition can have on you and your family.
Feeling at your best will help you achieve and do the things you want and love. You have to look after yourself in order to look after others. As a mother this is something I have noticed, when you don't feel your best it is hard to be motivated and give your all to others.
I love running, swimming, snow skiing and water sports and spending time with family and friends. Having time to myself is also important. Balance is the key to happiness in my life. Let me help you find your balance.

"My journey with Megan started a few years ago. I was stuck in a cycle of on eating well, then not so well, feeling guilty, convincing myself I will start again tomorrow only to end up demolishing whatever I had in the fridge. There was no balance. I had weight to lose but I also enjoy a good glass of wine and was concerned that I was never going to be able enjoy another one to hit my goals. It is often difficult to keep motivated, particularly when life gets busy and there is so much misinformation available online so Megans expert advice and support has been invaluable. The eating plan is simple, personalised and full of food and flavour that I really enjoy.
